This position will manage all aspects of a facility’s employee safety, welfare, environmental, and pandemic management strategies and programs including strategic planning, program implementation, and compliance. In conjunction with corporate health, safety and OSHA compliance leaders, develops corporate pandemic response plans, EHS plans, and educates and facilitates training of all employees on employee health, welfare, environmental, and safety. Monitors, audits, identifies deficiencies, and collaboratively develops and implements issue resolution strategies; and continually assesses the effectiveness of EHS programs. This position mandates the incumbent have a bias for action. The incumbent must be collaborative, creative, visionary, and relentless in leadership and the management of pandemic, employee health and welfare, environmental and safety matters
